Our Delivery
When Racketeer’s founders brought us onto their North Acton site, the scale alone set this apart. A 9,000m² warehouse transformation into what is now the largest indoor padel club in the UK — 11 panoramic glass courts, a full bar and restaurant with pizza oven, sauna, cold plunge, co-working spaces and an on-site coffee roastery — all needing to feel cohesive, premium and unmistakably Racketeer.
The signature burgundy branding and urban-chic aesthetic had been conceived by the DOMINGO creative agency in partnership with co-founder Erin Robertson, and our job was to take that vision and make it real across one of the most ambitious hospitality and sports fit-outs London has seen in years. Every surface, every fixture, every detail across the clubhouse had to hold its own against a concept that was deliberately unapologetic in its ambition.
What defined this build for us was the scale of complexity running in parallel — fabricating and fitting out court enclosures, hospitality counters, bespoke joinery and social spaces simultaneously, across a live programme that was evolving as we went. That’s the nature of a project at this pace and size, and it’s where RCI Projects earns its reputation.
Our team doesn’t need everything resolved on paper before they can move — they read the intent of a design, make technically sound decisions on the tools, and keep the programme from slipping. The result is a venue that opened on time, plays at the level its founders promised, and has already become one of the most talked-about new openings on London’s sports and hospitality scene.
